ПЕДАГОГ-ОРГАНІЗАТОР ЯК МОДЕРАТОР ІНКЛЮЗИВНИХ ПРАКТИК: ВИКЛИКИ ВОЄННОГО ЧАСУ ТА НОВІТНІ МОДЕЛІ ПОЗАКЛАСНОЇ РОБОТИ В УКРАЇНІ

У статті здійснено комплексний аналіз ролі педагога-організатора як модератора інклюзивних практик у системі позакласної роботи закладу загальної середньої освіти в умовах воєнного стану та повоєнного відновлення України. Розкрито теоретичні засади трансформації професійних функцій педагога-організатора від традиційного організатора масових заходів до фасилітатора соціальної інтеграції, координатора міжособистісної взаємодії та суб’єкта формування безбар’єрного освітнього простору. Обґрунтовано зміст поняття «модерація інклюзивних практик» у позакласній діяльності як процесу керування груповою динамікою, що забезпечує рівноправну участь дітей з різними освітніми потребами, зокрема внутрішньо переміщених осіб та учнів із психоемоційними травмами. Проаналізовано нормативно-правову базу інклюзивної освіти в Україні в період воєнного стану та окреслено її значення для організації безпечного освітнього середовища. Визначено ключові виклики воєнного часу: психологічні бар’єри, пов’язані з ПТСР і підвищеною тривожністю дітей; труднощі дистанційного формату взаємодії; безпекові обмеження, зумовлені необхідністю проведення заходів в укриттях. Представлено новітні моделі позакласної роботи, зокрема арт-терапевтичні підходи, гейміфікацію, цифрову інклюзію та проєктну діяльність «рівний-рівному», що сприяють формуванню культури партнерства та соціальної згуртованості. Окреслено модель повоєнного відновлення соціокультурного середовища школи як безпечного хабу емоційної підтримки та інтеграції, що передбачає міжсекторальну співпрацю громади, сім’ї та громадських організацій. Зроблено висновок про стратегічну роль педагога-організатора як «архітектора» інклюзивного позаурочного простору та ключового чинника стійкості освітньої системи в умовах суспільних трансформацій.
