Founded in: 2001

Field of science and issues in focus: The journal publishes research articles by legal scholars, law enforcement practitioners from Ukraine and neighboring countries, as well as postgraduate and doctoral students. The publications address current issues in the theory and history of state and law; philosophy of law; constitutional, civil, labor, administrative, criminal, and international law; as well as civil, criminal, commercial, and administrative procedure, criminalistics, and the organization of crime prevention.

The journal was included in category “B” of the List of Scientific Professional Publications of Ukraine, in which the results of dissertations for the degrees of Doctor of Science and Candidate of Science (Doctor of Philosophy) may be published (Order No. 886 of the MES of Ukraine dated July 2, 2020)
