STATE PRIORITIES FOR IMPLEMENTING INNOVATIVE METHODS OF DEVELOPING CREATIVE ABILITIES OF FUTURE SPECIALISTS IN HIGHER POLYTECHNIC COLLEGES OF THE PRC

Abstract

The relevance of the study is due to the fact that one of the priority areas of modernization of vocational education in the People's Republic of China is the introduction of innovative teaching methods aimed at developing the creative potential of future specialists in higher polytechnic colleges. This determines the need for a theoretical analysis of modern innovative methods for developing the creative abilities of future specialists in higher polytechnic colleges of the PRC, determining the features of their implementation at different levels of the organization of vocational education and generalizing promising areas for improving the modern model of vocational training of future specialists in higher polytechnic colleges of the PRC.
The purpose of the article is to characterize the state priorities for the introduction of innovative methods for developing the creative abilities of future specialists in higher polytechnic colleges of the PRC, based on the analysis of regulatory documents and scientific sources.
The following research methods were applied: theoretical - analysis, synthesis, generalization and systematization of scientific sources - to determine modern approaches to the development of creative abilities of future specialists in higher polytechnic colleges of the PRC and to identify the features of the use of innovative teaching methods; content analysis of regulatory documents, strategic programs for the development of education in the PRC and scientific publications - to establish state priorities for the development of vocational education, determine the regulatory principles for the implementation of innovative methods and modern trends in the development of creative abilities of future specialists; comparative-analytical method - to compare the provisions of state educational policy and the results of modern scientific research; scientific generalization method - to formulate conclusions and determine the prospects for further research. It was established that the modern state policy of the PRC considers the development of creative abilities of future specialists in higher polytechnic colleges of the PRC as one of the priority areas of modernization of vocational education and training of human capital for an innovative economy. The implementation of this direction is ensured by integrating competency-based, activity-based, project-based, research-based, interdisciplinary and personality-oriented approaches, as well as digital transformation of the educational process, development of partnerships between educational institutions, scientific institutions and enterprises.
It was found that the effectiveness of the development of creative abilities of future specialists in higher polytechnic colleges of the PRC is ensured by the comprehensive use of innovative teaching methods in combination with digital technologies, project and research activities, integration of education and production, creation of an innovative educational environment and support for innovative and entrepreneurial activity of students. At the same time, the modern model of vocational education in the PRC has an integrative nature and combines cognitive, activity-based, psychological and organizational mechanisms for the development of creative abilities of future specialists in higher polytechnic colleges of the PRC.
