FORMATION OF SKILLS OF MULTIDISCIPLINARY INTERACTION OF FUTURE SPECIALISTS IN PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION BY MEANS OF DIGITAL TECHNOLOGIES

The article examines the problem of forming the skills of multidisciplinary interaction of future
specialists in professional education by means of digital technologies. The relevance of the study is
determined by the processes of digitalization of society, integration of knowledge, development of
artificial intelligence, and the growing need for training competitive specialists capable of effective
work in multidisciplinary teams. It is substantiated that modern professional activity requires future
specialists not only to possess highly specialized knowledge, but also to demonstrate professional communication, teamwork, critical and systemic thinking, adaptability, the ability to integrate knowledge
from different fields, and solve complex professional tasks. The article analyzes scientific approaches to the interpretation of interdisciplinary integration and determines its significance in the professional training of future specialists. It has been established that interdisciplinary integration contributes to the development of creative thinking, professional mobility, readiness for professional changes, as well as communication and cooperation skills. The essence of the concept of “skills of multidisciplinary interaction” has been clarified and is considered as a set of abilities and competencies enabling effective cooperation with representatives of various professional fields, coordination of joint activities, knowledge exchange, and collective decision-making.
Special attention is paid to determining the role of digital technologies in forming the skills of
multidisciplinary interaction of future specialists in professional education. The possibilities of digital
platforms, online communication services, cloud technologies, interactive digital tools, artificial intelligencе technologies, virtual environments, and digital educational resources in the development of
professional communication, teamwork, digital competence, critical and systemic thinking, innovative
and creative thinking are characterized. The article presents the main directions of the influence of
digital technologies, as well as forms and means of their use in professional education for developing
the skills of multidisciplinary interaction of future specialists.
