ELECTRONIC RESOURCES FOR EDUCATIONAL AND METHODOLOGICAL SUPPORT OF THE EDUCATIONAL PROCESS OF HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS (EXPERIENCE OF NURE)

Abstract

Educational and methodological support (EMS) of educational programs must comply with the licensing conditions for the provision of educational services in the field of higher education and state requirements for accreditation of the educational program. In accordance with these requirements, the Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics (NURE) has implemented organizational measures and created a number of regulatory documents, in particular, regulations on the organization of the educational process, on electronic publications, the electronic complex of the EMS, distance learning courses, etc. The structure and main documents of EMS in NURE, in general, and the structure of electronic educational resources, in particular, are presented. The results of the use of electronic resources for methodological support of the training of higher education applicants at NURE for the period 2018–2025 are summarized. A significant increase in the share of electronic publications to 85-95% in 2023-2025 is noted. There is a tendency to increase the total number of electronic complexes and their provision of academic disciplines for the current academic year. The results of monitoring distance courses according to quality criteria are analyzed. The experience of NURE confirms the general trends — the creation of a single educational platform of the university, monitoring the quality and improvement of distance courses, the integration of various types of educational electronic resources.
